Reset your password

Use this when you cannot sign in with the password you remember.

Steps

1. Open Login.
2. Choose Forgot Password?.
3. Enter the email on the account and choose Send reset link.
4. If an account exists for that email, a link is on its way. Open it on this phone, or choose Enter reset token and paste the token from the email.
5. On New password, enter the new password and Confirm password.
6. Choose Update password. You return to Login.

The new password needs 8 to 64 characters, with at least one letter and one number. The two fields must match.

If a link was already sent, check that email. If you have tried too many times, wait a few minutes. An expired or already used link needs a new one.
